LocalEko is SeoSamba’s AI-powered marketing worker built into your Marketing OS (MOS). It helps transform authentic customer feedback into usable marketing content by analyzing reviews and other connected customer interaction data.
Instead of relying only on manually written content, LocalEko uses the feedback your business is already receiving—such as reviews on your connected business profiles—to identify recurring customer themes, service highlights, and positive sentiment that can be turned into social media content and other marketing assets.
In short, LocalEko helps your business convert customer reputation signals into ongoing content opportunities inside SeoSamba Marketing OS.
LocalEko analyzes connected customer reviews and uses them as inspiration for AI-generated marketing content. This helps keep your marketing active with content that reflects what real customers are saying about your business.
Reviews are one of the most important inputs for LocalEko. They provide real customer language, recurring themes, service highlights, and trust signals that AI can use to generate more relevant and authentic marketing content.
When your Google Business Profile, Facebook page, and other supported review sources are connected to your SeoSamba account, LocalEko can begin analyzing those reviews inside your Marketing OS.
The more high-quality, relevant reviews available to the system, the more helpful LocalEko becomes.
Once you've connected your social accounts, you can activate LocalEko directly from the app. LocalEko draws on your connected data and reviews (please pay attention that you need to have at least 15 reviews on connected platforms), to create localized, personalized content such as posts with text, hashtags, and images.
Generated posts appear in your social calendar tagged "Created for you with care by LocalEko."
To enable LocalEko, go to the Social Accounts tab in the Social App and click Enable LocalEko. Your first round of content is created for you free. If you would like to continue content creation with LocalEko you can subscribe to the Marketing Automation plan or dedicated services plan.
To stop content creation at any time, disable it from the web : go to the Social Calendar tab, then Social Accounts, select your website, click Config Access Rights, and uncheck Gather Reviews From This Page.
Using the same credentials, you can also log in to the Marketing Operating System to find blog posts LocalEko has prepared for you under the Blog, Social, PR tab.
Nothing goes live without your approval. You can review, edit, or customize any post or blog before it goes live.

To enable LocalEko from the web, log in with the same credentials as for the social app and click “Quick Start”.
Connect data sources you would like to use.
Connect Services.
Choose the website you would like to have content for and click “Active My Done-for-You Marketing”
Then click “Okay” and wait till the system will generate for you your first content pack.

This threshold matters because LocalEko needs enough customer feedback to identify meaningful patterns and create content that reflects your business accurately. With too few reviews, there may not be enough material for the AI to generate useful or representative content on a consistent basis.
While LocalEko may still analyze whatever content is available, businesses with fewer than 15 connected reviews may see limited results until more customer feedback is collected.
Once your review sources are connected to your SeoSamba account, LocalEko works automatically inside Marketing OS. There is no separate LocalEko setup process required.
Marketing OS and LocalEko analyze the reviews coming from your connected sources, identify useful customer themes and positive service signals, and then generate suggested social content based on that feedback.
Those suggested posts are then presented for your review. You can approve them as-is, update the wording, or adjust them to better match your brand voice before publishing.
There is no separate activation workflow for LocalEko beyond making sure your account has the right connected sources and enough review data to work with.
